As an active member of the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA), Whaley Special Education Advocacy follows COPAA’s Voluntary Code of Ethics for Special Education Advocates regarding: Competence, Responsibilities to Client, Conflicts of Interest, Communication, and Professionalism.
